On 13th May, the Director of Metropolitan Library from Bucharest, Dr Florin Rotaru, visited the CNL “Djurdje Crnojevic” accompanied by the Consul of the Republic of Romania in Podgorica, Mr Florian Rebegeanu.

The CNL “Djurdje Crnojevic” director, Mrs Jelena Djurovic presented to Mr Rotaru the Library, its activities and projects. Dr Rotaru expressed great appreciation for the warm welcome and invited director Djurović to the 3rd International Book Symposium to be organised by their library from 20-23 September this year.  They also made an agreement in principle concerning future cooperation of the two libraries.

Dr Rotaru is interested in already this year procuring a number of books of Montenegrin publishers for the Metropolitan Library Bucharest.
