Virtual Library Centre of Bosnia and Herzegovina, operating within the National and University Library of Bosnia and Herzegovina organized a professional conference:

Round table on the subject "Classic or e-book: Pro and Contra" was held in the King Nikola’s Castle in Bar on October 31, in organization of the Bar Cultural Centre and the Public Library and Reading Room "Ivo Vuckovic".

Representatives of the "Maxim Gorky"  Institute of World Literature, from the Russian Academy of Science in Moscow, visited the National Library of Montenegro "Đurđe Crnojević" on October 17th.

Director of the National Library of Montenegro "Đurđe Crnojević", Jelena Đurović attended the 26th Annual Meeting of the Conference of European National Librarians (CENL), which was held from September 29 to October 2 at the National Library of Liechtenstein in Vaduz.
